MultiQueue software, the ticket based queuing system made to compete with big vendors, has incorporated the CITAQ V8 Android based hardware. The V8 unit is an all-in-one Android tablet and receipt printer with a low cost of $549, much lower than many of it's predecessors. It also keeps the hardware together in one unit using less counter space. The low cost hardware allows Check In Systems to provide an entry level queuing system for small to large businesses. MultiQueue also incorporates the features of automatic sorting, web interface for staff and the TV interface for the lobby.

Check In Systems Inc will replace or repair any unit that is found to have a manufacturer defect. Warranty does not cover incidental or accidental damage caused by dropping, abuse or negligence to secure the product from physical damage. Customer is responsible for returning the product and Check In Systems Inc will be responsible for delivering the replacement unit.
